# Handgraaf The Keep

> The Keep begins at handover. Handgraaf sets up the operating structure around the placed professional and keeps the household's knowledge in one permanent record per property.

The principal sees what needs a decision. The professional sees the work. Both read from one record.

## What The Keep covers

- Responsibilities, household standards, vendors, maintenance and approval thresholds.
- A 90-day estate integration: intake (days 1-30), structure and schedule (days 31-60), adoption review (days 61-90). About four hours of the principal's time, once. Existing staff and vendors are retained unless the principal says otherwise.
- The placement guarantee covers replacement terms for the first 30 days; the 90-day process covers onboarding, household standards and operational review.
- One record per property: vendors, warranties, service history, receipts, projects and the estate calendar.
- Expenditure classified as capital or operating as it is recorded, with a clean export for the principal's accountant.
- Real estate, aviation, marine, and automotive and collections. Handgraaf works alongside aviation managers, brokers, marine crews and yards and does not represent itself as an aviation or marine specialist.
- Approval thresholds set by the principal. Where applicable to the work and engagement, vendor licensing and insurance are documented before access is granted.
- Continuity: the professional may change, but the record stays with the house.

## Records and privacy

Each estate is a separate, isolated database with no shared client directory. Access is limited to named accounts, enforced at the database itself, and revocable by the principal at any time. The Keep runs on Google Cloud and Netlify; their certifications are theirs, and Handgraaf claims none of its own.

An automated review agent documents facts already in the record and flags anything needing a vendor or spending for the manager. It never contacts anyone, never authorizes spending, logs every entry with its source record, and client data is never used to train anything outside the client's own record.
